Terms of Service.
These terms govern membership in the Ladyculture Community, hosted on Circle. By creating an account and joining as a member (free or paid), you agree to these terms in full. Please read them before completing your enrollment.
Ladyculture LLC is a California limited liability company. References to "Ladyculture," "we," or "us" throughout these terms refer to Ladyculture Ventures LLC.
1. Membership Tiers
Ladyculture offers the following membership tiers:
Free Tier
Free membership provides limited access to the Ladyculture Community, including the Welcome Lounge and designated public spaces. Free members may not post in paid-tier spaces. Free membership is offered at Ladyculture's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid Membership (Monthly or Annual)
Paid membership provides access to the Ladyculture Community features on Circle, including all standard community spaces, live events, resources, and expert programming available at your tier. Access is contingent on an active, paid subscription.
Program Add-ons
Enrollment in a Ladyculture program (such as Self Construct: Discovery) may include community access as part of the program. Any community access provided through a program is governed by both these membership terms and the program's own enrollment terms.
2. Eligibility
Membership is open to adults 18 years of age or older. By joining, you represent that you meet this requirement. Ladyculture reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion, including for conduct incompatible with community standards.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. Your membership account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share access with another individual or allow others to use your account.

4. Billing and Payment
Monthly Plans
Monthly memberships are billed automatically on your monthly renewal date. Your membership remains active as long as payments are processed successfully.
Annual Plans
Annual memberships are billed in full at the time of enrollment and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, Ladyculture will make reasonable efforts to notify you. If the issue is not resolved within your payment processor's grace period, your membership may lapse. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and valid.
Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at hello@ladyculture.co within 30 days of the charge in question and we will review it promptly.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
Ladyculture does not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.

6. Community Standards
All members are expected to engage in accordance with Ladyculture community norms, which are posted within the community and may be updated periodically. These norms include, but are not limited to:
Treating all members with respect and dignity
Maintaining confidentiality of what others share in community spaces
Refraining from promotion or selling outside of the provided commerce options
Engaging with honesty, depth, and care
Violations of community norms may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, at Ladyculture's discretion. No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to community norm violations.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Ladyculture Content
All content produced by Ladyculture, including frameworks, worksheets, recordings, written materials, and methodologies (including Self Construct), is the intellectual property of Ladyculture LLC or its licensors. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content outside the community without written permission.
Member-Generated Content
When you post in the community, you retain ownership of what you share. By posting, you grant Ladyculture a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content within the community platform. We will not use your personal content in marketing materials without your explicit consent.
Confidentiality
What members share in community spaces is shared in confidence. You may take insights and learnings with you; you may not share another member's personal story, identifying details, or contributions outside the community without that member's explicit permission.
8. Changes to Membership
Ladyculture reserves the right to update the features, content, and programming available within any membership tier. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. Changes to standard pricing will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect and will apply to renewals, not to the current billing period.
9. Discontinuation
In the event Ladyculture discontinues the community platform entirely, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice to active members. In such a case, members on monthly plans will not be charged for any period after the closure date. Members on annual plans will receive a prorated refund for any unused months remaining in their current term.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ladyculture's community membership and programming are offered for informational, educational, and community purposes. Nothing shared within the community, by Ladyculture staff or by members, constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladyculture LLC's liability arising from or related to these terms or your membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
12. Founding Member Rate
This section applies only to members who enrolled under the Founding Member Rate offer.
What the Founding Member Rate Is
The Founding Member Rate is a special reduced pricing offer made available to the first 100 individuals who joined the Ladyculture Community as paid members during the founding member enrollment window. Founding members are enrolled on either a monthly or annual plan at this reduced rate.
Rate Lock
Founding members keep their reduced rate for as long as their membership remains active and continuous. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Switching between monthly and annual billing does not forfeit the founding rate, provided the switch is made without a lapse in membership.
What Constitutes a Lapse
A lapse is defined as any cancellation or non-renewal that results in the membership going inactive, regardless of how long the gap is. Even a single missed billing cycle constitutes a lapse.
Loss of Founding Rate
The founding rate is forfeited permanently if:
You cancel your membership and later rejoin at any point
Your payment fails and is not resolved before the membership lapses
Your account is terminated due to a violation of community standards
If your founding rate is forfeited for any reason, you are welcome to rejoin at the current standard rate in effect at the time of rejoining. The founding rate will not be reinstated.
No Transfers
The founding member rate is personal and non-transferable. It may not be gifted, assigned, or passed to another individual.
Scope of the Rate Lock
The founding rate locks your pricing only. It does not lock the specific features or content available within your membership tier. Feature and content changes are governed by Section 8 of these terms.
13. Updates to These Terms
Ladyculture may update these terms periodically. We will notify active members of material changes via email or a notice within the community. Continued membership after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
