The full Ladyculture coaching experience is the Self Construct Year: a complete, guided year-long engagement moving through three sequential programs. It is designed to be taken as a whole. Each program is also valuable as a standalone experience, and each one is the gateway to the next.
We created the Self Construct framework based on our lived experiences and professional expertise, inspired by the ways of designing, building, and integrating that have both proven to get results and served us personally.

Discovery is where you get honest. Over 12 weeks in a cohort of fellow women, you do the Define work: the stock-taking, the values clarification, the identity mapping that high achievers most need and most skip.
You arrive with questions. You leave with clarity. Women who have worked with us doing this foundational type work describe it as the first time in years they’ve thought this clearly and deeply about their lives or identities in years.

NOTE: Discovery is the required entry point for the Incubator. Everyone starts here because the clarity gained in Discovery will give Incubator participants a fab foundation to build upon.

The Incubator builds on what was discovered in the Discovery program, and where we focus on designing and building the life, self or passion project we want to create next. Over six months, you work in a specialized track alongside women navigating the same dimension of life as you, while staying connected to the full Incubator cohort.
Three tracks. You choose the one that fits where you are.
Work
Career identity, professional reinvention, purpose-driven work, business building. For women navigating career transitions, wanting to build something new, or seeking alignment between values and professional life.
Relationship
Partnership, family dynamics, friendship, intimacy, the self in relation to others. For women whose relationships are the central site of growth: divorce, empty nest, evolving partnerships, renegotiating roles.
Self
Identity, body, spirituality, creativity, reclaiming lost parts of self. For women seeking to reconnect with themselves: perimenopause, creative reclamation, spiritual deepening, or the question: ‘Who am I when no one is watching?’
Pricing
Incubator: $6,000. Includes Core membership for the duration of the program.
Prerequisite: Self Construct Discovery (or equivalent 1:1 work with Roya or Shannon).
Cohort 1 launches Fall 2026.

Integration is the final phase of the Self Construct Year. It is where we embody and practice what we discovered, designed and built in the previous phases: reconciling contradictions, sustaining changes, and fully stepping into the identity you’ve been building.
For Incubator graduates who are ready to complete the year.
Pricing
Integration: $3,000. Details and dates released to Incubator graduates.

Women who commit to the full year arrive in the Incubator with clarity already in hand. They build faster and go deeper. They finish the year as someone noticeably different from who they were at the start, in the most specific, concrete, livable way.
If you know you’re ready for the complete experience, enrolling in the full year gives you the best pricing and a seamless progression through all three programs.

Self Construct: Discovery (12 weeks) + Self Construct: Incubator (6 months) + Self Construct: Integration (12 weeks).
Full year pricing: $10,500 (save $1,500 off of a la carte pricing).

Access private 1:1 coaching as an add-on to any Self Construct program.
For some women the cohort experience is enough. Others want something more private, more intensive, and more tailored to the specific complexity of their lives.
VIP 1:1 coaching with Roya or Shannon can span from a one-off clarity session to a year-long strategic partnership.
Bi-weekly sessions, unlimited messaging between sessions, and a completely individualized engagement built around where you are and where you’re going. Work at the pace and depth your situation requires.
VIP 1:1 is available alongside a group program for women who want both the cohort energy and a private strategic partnership.

Where do I start if I'm new to Ladyculture?

Start with the membership community, which you can join for $30/month as a founding member. It gives you a feel for the culture, the methodology, and the other women before you commit to a program. When you're ready to go deeper, Self Construct Discovery (our 12-week cohort) is the required entry point for all programs. It's designed for exactly the woman who knows something needs to change but isn't sure yet where to start.
Can I do coaching without joining the community?

All coaching programs include community membership automatically; it's built into the program experience. The community is where the between-session work happens, where you stay connected to your cohort, and where the longer-term change tends to stick. The two are designed to work together. With that said, it’s your choice if you want to connect only within your program group cohort or also participate in the wider community.
What makes Ladyculture different from other coaching programs for women?

A few things. The Self Construct methodology is proprietary and rigorous: it's not a repurposed business framework or a repackaged wellness protocol. The community is built for depth, not just connection. And the founders Roya Platsis and Shannon DeJong bring complementary expertise in transformation strategy and identity design that most programs don't have. The result is a space that takes the whole person seriously: the career, the relationships, the body, the soul, the identity, all of it.
