Self Construct:‍ Foundations

A 12-week online guided coaching program for women who are done living by accident.

You’re the architect now.

The life and identity you're inhabiting were largely drawn up by someone else: other people's needs, default choices, or who you were at thirty. Your life has good bones, but the layout needs a remodel.

Foundations is where you pick up the pencil.

Twelve weeks to survey your current life and sense of self, get honest about what's working and what’s not, and draw a new Blueprint. In this guided group coaching program, you’ll have the dedicated support of both founder-coaches as you imagine the new layout of what an aligned life could look like.

Time is going to pass either way. You can spend the next few months reacting to your life, or designing it.

The Structure

You'll move between work you do on your own and live sessions where you bring what surfaced and work it through together, guided by Roya and Shannon. Witnessing and being witnessed is part of what makes it stick. Also, this shit is more fun when you're not doing it alone.

Weeks 1-4: Survey the ground.

Honest stock-taking, a structured Wheel of Life and Gap Analysis assessment, and a professional Enneagram report that shows you how you're wired and where you get in your own way. Future self mapping, visualization techniques and personal branding tools help you put language to a clearer sense of self.

Weeks 5-8: Draw the blueprint.

Audit every role you're carrying and sort what still fits from what you've outgrown. Practice future life visualization and embodiment exercises. Design the shape of the life you want, your days, your weeks, your seasons, and claim the language for it.

Weeks 9-12: Take it into real life.

Test the design against your current schedule and find where it holds and where it wobbles. Learn the frameworks for the harder conversations, and how to hold a boundary once you’ve set one. Leave with a clear plan for what you’re building.

Meet Roya and Shannon

Ladyculture was founded by Shannon DeJong and Roya Platsis, friends and collaborators since they were twelve, with decades of work between them across identity, leadership, and reinvention inside corporations, cultural institutions, startups and executive leadership rooms. Shannon brings identity architecture, brand strategy, formal arts training and years of Zen. Roya brings organizational change, transformation engineering, executive coaching, and psychedelic integration.

They built Self Construct after realizing the tools they'd used to help companies rebuild their identities work just as well on a person. And they kept meeting capable women flattened by a life that worked on the outside but no longer fit, with no framework built for that threshold. So they built one: decades of professional and personal experience turned into a serious process for life redesign, with a smidge of sparkle, from two people who still like each other after all these years, which turns out to be excellent qualification for the work.
