Anyone who resonates with our mission and wants to be in on this conversation or community. If you relate to the experience of navigating midlife as a woman in the world, there is a place for you here. This includes trans women and non-binary people as well as cis women.
We cover the full range of women's midlife experience. Some of that will be explicitly gendered: menopause, fertility, the particular exhaustion of being a woman in a meeting. Some of it won't be. All of it is oriented toward the same question: who are you growing into, and how do you want to build what comes next?

We define midlife roughly as ages 35 to 60, not because the years are the point, but because they tend to mark a specific kind of threshold. You have chapters behind you. You have enough lived experience to know which parts of your old identity still fit and which ones you've outgrown. You are not discovering yourself for the first time. You are redesigning. That's the work we do here.

The membership is the community: an ongoing, private space where you show up week by week, work through prompts, attend coaching calls (Core), and connect with other women navigating the same terrain. The coaching programs (Discovery, Incubator, Integration) are structured, cohort-based deep dives with a defined arc and a clear outcome. Many women start with the membership and move into a program when they're ready. Every program includes community membership automatically.

No. This is coaching and community, which means we're focused on where you're going, not processing where you've been. That said, we take the whole person seriously. If something that comes up in the community would be better served by a therapist, we'll say so. We have a resource library full of referrals for exactly that.

You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no guilt trip, no elaborate cancellation process. We'd rather have women here who want to be here than women here who feel trapped. That said, we recommend giving it 60 days before you decide. Community takes a little time to become yours.
